Hi everyone!

It’s officially Friday!! Hope everyone has had a wonderful week. October has sneakingly crept up on us (Seriously can’t believe we’re already into October!)…but we’ve been happily busy with the official launch of our blog, our Fall 2013 Collections, and getting ready for Quilt Market. We’ve got lots happening, but excited for all the incredible things to come!

Today we bring to you another exciting post: Fan Fridays! Each Friday we will be featuring a new project using our fabrics made by you! That’s right. If you would like to featured in a future Fan Friday, email us at info@camelotfabrics.com. We adore seeing all your wonderful projects and would love to hear from you! :)

Our first Fan Friday features a very hero-worthy quilt made by the fabulous Mdm Samm! Mdm Samm, from the blog Sew We Quilt, is the incredibly talented and creative queen of quilting and Blog Hops. She created this Man of Steel Kal-El Quilt using our Man of Steel fabric for her eldest who is a big Superman fan! The quilt is just awesome, but wait till you check out the equally amazing photos:

Happy Thursday! With the hustle and bustle of the everyday, sometimes we need a moment to just pause and appreciate the wonders around us. Even if it is just a “smile and thank you” to the barista handing you your morning latte or a quick glance to admire the pretty flowers on your way home from work, it’s the little things that can make your day all the more bright and peaceful. Doing so can remind you just how beautiful life truly is.

With that, we have decided to add our own bit of weekly reflection to the blog with our Thankful Thursdays. Every Thursday we will be sharing with you something or someone that we are thankful for.

This week, we had the honor of being featured in the Canadian Business Journal (CBJ). The CBJ is a lovely digital magazine focused on Canadian-based businesses and news, as well as articles and columns by Canadian writers. Being a proud Canadian-grown company ourselves, we are honored to be included in this prestigious digital magazine.

Hi everyone!

Happy Wednesday! Fall is officially here. You know what that means? Nostalgic smells of wood burning, visits to your local apple orchard and pumpkin patch farms, the wonderful sounds of leaves crunching beneath your feet, bundling up in multiple knitted layers, & the delicious smells of cinnamon and vanilla from the fresh apple pie baking in the oven. We just love autumn weather!

And with fall came the launch of our Fall 2013 Collections, which we released on our website yesterday! We are so proud of all the designs in our collections, both in-house and by our amazing artists, and we hope you love them as much as we do!

Today we bring to you our first, official tutorial: Ultimate Spider-Man^™ Fleece-Lined Baby Shoes. We are pretty sure you just might squeal with giddiness when you see them!
