Hi everyone!
Happy Tuesday! We hope everyone is having a super, fantastic day. The season of holidays is coming up, and with the holidays come lots and lots of parties and reasons to celebrate. Of course we aren’t ones to complain; trust us, we love a good party, but we appreciate any way to make party planning a little easier (and a little more cost-effective!).
For toaday’s How To’s Day post, we are sharing with you our Chalkboard Fabric Banner Tutorial, using our chalkboard fabric. Now you can host a multitude of parties, while changing up the same banner…how awesome is that? Let’s get sewing!

Hi everyone!
Happy Monday!! Hope everyone had a lovely weekend. Here’s to conquering another great workweek! In the midst of another Monday, we’ve got another moodboard to add some sparkle to your day. Today we have decided to share with you our Imaginarium moodboard from our Spring 2013 collection.
Our Imaginarium collection is a perfect blend of turquoise, pink, and yellow with grey and white. Because of the pastel colors, Imaginarium is just right for making any new baby feel happy and comforted, while still keeping a modern feel to the room. The adorable monkeys, elephants, and giraffes amongst this design encapsulates a snuggly and soft feel…the perfect fabric for a new baby’s nursery and matching accessories!

If you can dress to the nines, then why shouldn’t your little kiddos too? One big trend that we’ve seen lately is designer clothing for kids, from Milly NY, Marc Jacobs, and even Gaultier joining the bandwagon. Just last month, Vogue Bambini and Petite Parade presented Kids Fashion Week in NYC. One collection that stood out to us and reminded us of our Imaginarium collection was Lilly Pulitzer’s Swarovski x Lilly Pulitzer for Kids collection. The collection showcased some pretty and sweet dresses, dowsed with classic Lilly floral prints, in more subdued, fluttery colors. All the dresses looked oh-so-adorable and innocent, and would make any little girl feel like a princess. You can check out more on the Kids Fashion Week NYC here.
We hope you found some inspiration in today’s Moody Monday post. Remember that inspiration can be found anywhere, even in the places you least expect it.
PS: Have you seen yesterday’s Winsday? You could win our Birds of a Feather FQ Bundle by telling us what you would create with the fabric. Comment and enter on the blog post here. Good luck! We will be announcing the winner on next week’s Winsday post.

Hi everyone!
It’s Friday…TGIF!! We hope everyone has had a fantastic work week, but we are definitely ready for some weekend adventures. With today officially being mid-November, there really is no escaping the coming Winter season but there are lots of enjoyable, cold-weather activities to do that will be sure to warm you up (well, warm your heart and soul at least hehe). Here’s to a blissful, fun-filled season!
Today we’ve got another great fan project to share with you for Fan Friday. Fiona Ryan created her own dress pattern (we are so beyond amazed!!) and used our Star Wars Spaceships design as her fabric of choice. Take a look at the pretty pieces lined up, all ready to be sewn!

The dress that Fiona created is a beautiful, vintage-inspired design with a sweetheart bustier top and halter-style straps. The dress is elegantly finished off with three white buttons and some white pipping along the neckline. The finished dress with our Star Wars Spaceships fabric came out flawlessly, and Fiona looks absolutely stunning in it!

Thank you so much Fiona for sharing your AH-MAZING self-made dress with us. We’re so flattered you chose our Star Wars fabric. Be sure to check out this crafty lady’s other creative projects on her Twitter and Facebook pages. We hope you have enjoyed this week’s Fan Friday and are as inspired as we are!
PS: Have you seen yesterday’s Winsday? You could win our Birds of a Feather FQ Bundle by telling us what you would create with the fabric. Comment and enter on the blog post here. Good luck! We will be announcing the winner on next week’s Winsday post.

Hi everyone!
Happy Thursday!! With the weekend just around the corner, we hope you all have had a terrific and productive week thus far! Today we bring to you our weekly Thankful Thursday post and this week we are taking the time to thank the Glimpse Reviews blog.
The Glimpse Reviews blog is run by two lovely ladies, Andrea and Julie, from the Canadian Prairies. Their blog focuses on local, Canadian-based stores and businesses – something we definitely support and appreciate being Canadian-born! Both being mommies, their blog posts focus on kid-friendly, DIY, and natural products (and everything in-between!) that are all Canadian-based. As well, they host a multitude of different giveaways to their readers (and who doesn’t love giveaways, right?). We definitely think you will love all their informative postings and recommend you take a little glimpse at their blog (see what we did there? ;))!
The Glimpse ladies chose their favorite fabric designs from us, and created some very special projects that they shared on their blog! Julie chose our Stitched Garden Collection and she sewed a darling, ruffled skirt for her little daughter. The Stitched Garden designs are girly and innocent, and made the perfect little twirl skirt.

Oh how adorable!!

Andrea decided to go in the opposite direction of the gender spectrum, and chose our beloved Star Trek Collection to make something for her little boy. She sewed a backseat car organizer for him, so now he can easily store away all his toys from his three sisters. Such a functional and useful project, and it looks fantastic with our Star Trek fabric! Be sure to read the Glimpse review blog post on Camelot Fabrics here.

Thank you so much to the Glimpse girls for the wonderful blog post and projects with our fabric! We are so thrilled that you love our designs. We hope you have enjoyed this week’s Thankful Thursday post!
PS: Have you seen yesterday’s Winsday? You could win our Birds of a Feather FQ Bundle by telling us what you would create with the fabric. Comment and enter on the blog post here. Good luck! We will be announcing the winner on next week’s Winsday post.
