Happy Friday! And Happy Hallow’s Eve! What is everyone dressing up as this year?

Ending our week is our Fan Friday! Today we are featuring an adorable quilt made by TamTam Designs, with our Sea Life by Heather Rosas collection. TamTam Designs specializes in handmade, cozy baby blankets and plush play mats. More specifically, TamTam Designs’ blankets are puffed, so that they add extra comfort and support for little ones. It is such a unique technique and look, and can be created with lots of different colors and designs mixed together. One of their recent releases is a puff quilt with our Sea Life collection, and we adore how the green and blues look together! She added a cuddle border, and it is the perfect puff quilt for a little swimmer-in-training.

Happy Friday! Guess what, guess what?? We’ve made it to the weekend!!!!!!

Gearing up for the weekend with our Fan Friday! Today we are featuring a top and pants duo with our Sea Life by Heather Rosas collection, created by Ashley Summers of CharmingOllie. Charming Ollie is a custom clothing, pattern, and applique shop that specializes in adorable and adjustable children’s clothing. In Ashley’s shop, you will find patterns for pants and shorts for girls and boys – all equally adjustable. As well, she has fun appliques that you can use to personalize a bag or plain t-shirt.

Ashley chose our Sea Life by Heather Rosas collection to showcase her charming, little fish applique on a t-shirt, with matching Sea Life Oscar Bloomer shorts. The folded, origami-esque side pocket is such a unique detail!! This is such a cute set for a little boy or girl ready for a day at sea!

Thank you so much for the fabric love, Ashley!! We absolutely adore your fish applique and think it works perfectly with the sea-inspired colors of our Sea Life collection. And those shorts!! Happy Wednesday! I hope you all are having an awesome half-way so far. We’ve been getting projects (and other fun surprises!) ready for Quilt Market, and are so excited! We’ll be at booth #101, so be sure to stop by and say “hello” :)

You all have definitely inspired us in what vacation we want to take next – we didn’t know of all these wonderful and beautiful cities around the world! SO much still to explore!! Happy Wednesday! I hope you all are doing fantastic. Today is also Earth Day, a day that has been celebrated for 45 years, dedicated to encouraging and reminding people to take care of the world around them. Even small things, such as proper recycling, reusing items, remaking clothing, and using cold water, are things that can made a HUGE difference! We’re not perfect, and don’t always remember, but we try our best to do our part :)

It’s time for this week’s Winsday! Today we are giving away our Sea Life by Heather Rosas FQ Bundle on our Facebook Page. Sea Life is our wonderful sea-inspired collection of adorable sea life creatures – fish, starfish, turtles – in a turquoise, green, and grey color scheme. Happy Monday!! We hope you all had a fantastic weekend, working on some sewing projects or just taking it easy. We are hosting our Paddington Bear Fabric Giveaway this week on our Facebook Page. Because Paddington is such an adventurous little bear, we want to know what your greatest adventure has been.

Starting off the week with our Moody Monday! Today we are featuring our Sea Life by Heather Rosas Collection – a sea-inspired collection of fish, starfish, and seaweed in pretty blues and greens. This collection gives us that nostalgic feeling of being at the sunny and warm beach, a place we would love to be right now (instead of the frigid cold). Sea Life is happy and vibrant, a perfect collection for a beach house, sea-inspired room, or for kids’ clothing! We also love the idea of a simple, modern pillow for a beach-y vibe. Oh, our Wallace the Whale would love to dazzle in some Sea Life!

Valentino’s Spring 2015 Collection is the epitome of femininity and pure luxe. There are two distinct styles in this collection; one ethereal and the other boho-inspired with its geometric and block patterns. The dresses are flowy and loose, the perfect outfits for a vacation in the Mediterranean, to throw on after a day in the sun. We especially adore the sea-inspired prints – seafish against chiffon = the prettiest thing ever. We especially adore this dress, reminding us of our Sea Life Collection.
